We have been reading on various forums and blogs that there are ways to obtain Gold Coins for free. Even though there is no license agreement between Zynga and you (as player) when you start using the game application, it is quite logical that using cheats to obtain items and gold illegally will get you in trouble.
We decided to perform a little experiment so we can provide you with the results. The target of our experiment was to achieve:
Try all the cheats and hacks we find over the Internet and see if they really work
If we find a working hack or a method to cheat, will be Zynga able to locate our cheater
Will Zynga take any actions towards our cheater and what would the actions be
Since we did not want to get our accounts blocked, banned, removed, etc. , we used the computer of a friend (who is not playing the game anyways) to create a new account and try to find a working a method to cheat and obtain free gold, free items or whatever else the hacks offer.
In a couple of hours we got our hands on multiple hacking tools advertised on different blogs and forums and we began testing them. Needles to say, almost all were not working, either because Zynga already bypassed the security holes they tried to use, or because their code was not even remotely related to CastleVille.
Still, we managed to find two working methods that allowed us to obtain Free Gold Coins, Free Experience Points, Free Items, and Free Castle Points. I am sorry to disappoint you but those methods will not be shared. Keep reading and you will understand why. and now
